$395/Night-3 night min plus one time $50.00 cleaning fee

July 6-August 31: $285 per night
plus $50.00 cleaning fee

September 1-Dec 31: $145 per Night
plus one time plus $60.00 cleaning fee

• 2 Night minimum May-September
• We can hold your reservation for 7 days. Payment must be received before final confirmation of reservation.
• 2 week cancellation required for 50% refund.
• Rates subject to change (unless confirmed)
• Cleaning is once per stay at checkout, daily cleaning available at additional charge
• Towels and all linens provided
• House is fully furnished including pots, pans, utensils, plates, coffee/tea coffee maker, toaster and microwave
